2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items
