The Cure That Became A Curse
Dr. Aris ran desperately through the dark, foggy forest, blood dripping from a gunshot wound on his shoulder. Behind him, armed men in black suits chased with flashlights and laser sights cutting through the mist.
He clutched a glowing green test tube — the cure he had created. The cure that could save millions… or destroy them.
The Betrayal
Flashback: In a pristine white lab, CEO Sterling pinned a medal on Dr. Aris’s chest, smiling like a proud father.
“You’ve done humanity a great service,” Sterling said.
Now, in the pouring rain, Sterling pressed a gun to Aris’s head:
“You were never supposed to survive. The virus is worth billions. The cure? Worth nothing.”
The Hunter And The Hunted
Aris tricked Sterling with an empty tube and jumped off a waterfall into the raging river below.
He hid under giant leaves, heart pounding, as the hunters swept laser beams across the forest.
In his hand, the real glowing green vial pulsed like a living thing.
The First Move
Sterling caught him again, laughing as he took the vial.
“I’ll sell this to the highest bidder!”
He opened it… only to find a small note inside:
“You’ve already inhaled it the moment I fell at your feet.”
Black veins began spreading up Sterling’s neck.
